Zenopa are partnered with a veterinary/medical imaging company who are looking for a Site Based Service Engineer to join their growing team. The role will include providing telephone technical, on-line and on-site support our customers full range of digital imaging equipment, x-ray, ultrasound and laser.

The Person:

• Excellent attention to detail.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work on their own initiative.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• IT (Microsoft Office) with working knowledge of Windows7/10.
• Ability to work as part of a team, working with and supporting other departments within the organisation.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident and professional manner in customer facing environments.
• Experience in Digital X-Ray (CR/DR), x-Ray and or other imaging modalities is desirable

Responsibilities will include:

• Deal with allocated customer technical support calls and liaise with Service Desk team on outcome and solution in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete case notes entries into CRM system – Salesforce.
• When required attend schedule maintenance, warranty & on-site breakdowns and new equipment installs at client’s locations.
• Complete all relevant company and legislative documentation.
• Conduct pre-sale commissioning and inspections of equipment.
• Conduct workshop repairs to client’s equipment including warranty and chargeable repairs.
• Compile engineering reports to be used for reporting findings, equipment faults and repair quotes.
• Inclusion in Out of Hours technical support rota.

Package:

• Employer contribution to pension
• 25 days AL + BH (rises with service)
