Full job description

At HEOR, we help healthcare organisations answer complex questions that shape treatment access and healthcare decision-making worldwide.

We're looking for a systematic review to join our team. If you're passionate about evidence-based healthcare, enjoy solving complex research questions, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work across a variety of disease areas, delivering high-quality literature reviews that support health economics, market access, and wider evidence-generation projects.

You'll play a key role in the delivery of systematic, rapid, and targeted literature reviews, including:

  • Developing review protocols and contributing to study methodology
  • Conducting title, abstract, and full-text screening
  • Extracting, synthesising, and critically appraising evidence
  • Completing quality and risk of bias assessments
  • Producing PRISMA flow diagrams and supporting project reporting
  • Communicating findings clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues
  • Managing project tasks and delivering high-quality work to deadline
  • Contributing to proposals and supporting business development activities

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience across the systematic review process
  • Strong evidence synthesis and critical appraisal skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with rapid, targeted, scoping or umbrella reviews
  • Knowledge of clinical, epidemiological, economic or quality-of-life data
  • Understanding of health economics, market access or pharmaceutical development

Who you are:

You're naturally curious, analytical, and motivated by finding answers to complex healthcare questions. You combine methodological rigour with commercial awareness and can see both the detail and the bigger picture.

Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that help improve patient access to healthcare innovations.
