  • Assist in the development of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise during pre-sales consultations and product evaluations
  • Analyse customer workflows and recommend optimized solutions leveraging company software
  • Test new software releases to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility with various microscopy systems
  • Participate in scientific conferences, workshops, and trade shows to showcase applications and engage with the research community
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electron microscopy techniques, imaging modalities, and related hardware/software integrations.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable working directly with scientists and engineers
  • Strong knowledge of imaging analysis software, microscopy workflows, and data management
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, conferences, and training events (up to ~30%)

Desirable:

  • Capable of operating a variety of instruments from various manufacturers, including detailed knowledge of internal and external hardware
  • Knowledge or awareness of compressed sensing as applied to various EM techniques
