Responsibilities

• Shall implement and work to all regulatory and quality requirements
• Shall implement and work to all applicable health, safety and environmental requirements stipulated by HSE manual, HSE policies and HSE objectives.
• Identify and engage with continuous improvements projects.
• Engage with the sales and field service teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality product is achieved from point of sale through to installation completion.
• Report any PAE/PQI effectively and quickly.
• National travel where business needs
• On occasion deliver installation and repair items
• Providing remote assistance to end-users using desktop applications, chat features, emails, and phone assistance to customers
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues remotely to help end-users.
• Giving users step-by-step instructions for resolving technological issues
• Responding and following up quickly to technical questions and escalating complex technical issues to appropriate teams
• Collaborating with on-site technicians and customer support teams

Person Specification

• Previous experience within a field service environment - desirable
• Bio medical equipment experience - desirable

Package

• Base salary reaches £40k
• £2k miscellaneous allowance
• 10% bonus
• £500 gym allowance
• 9% pension
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Company Van
