About Us

JoCs is a successful Property Maintenance Company undertaking Cleaning , gardening , Waste Removal and Maintenance issues for Property Management Companies.

Job Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Individual to join our team working in a very prestigious development in SW20.

The hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday working in a small team maintaining the Estate.

No weekend work is required , 20 days annual leave given and all bank holidays paid.

Duties

***** YOU MUST HAVE A PROVISIONAL DRIVING LICENCE TO PULL THE BIN TUG *****

. Litter pick exterior grounds, leaf blow/ collect, wipe down lighting

  • Wipe down and clean all railings and gates
  • Storage Unit – Once a week
  • Flush all tops internal and externally / H&S Checks – Once a week
  • Clean Bin Tug, Tidy Up bin stores and bin back in Twice a week
  • Clean Car Park (sweeping and/ or scrubber machine) – Twice a week
  • Clean Bin Stores of Refuse/Recycling bins – Once a week
  • Weed external areas Twice a week
  • Update all H&S paperwork
  • Clean bike stores and resident storage areas – Once a week
  • Litter pick Acid Lawn & Attentuation Pond – Once a week
  • Walk around whole site at end of each day for Final external checks daily
  • Complete Ad-Hoc Work as directed

The Successful candidate must have :

  • Excellent Communication skills with fluent English.
  • Be able to greet residents politely and be courteous at all times
  • Be smart in appearance
  • Flexible in their approach to their working day
  • Have a background in Maintenace
  • Able to use cleaning machinery
  • Able to work alone , unsupervised and also able to take instruction
  • Be punctual, and trust worthy

It is anticipated Interviews will be held in person on site on Tuesday 20th May with a start date of end of May.
