Our client, CARGO KING (U.K.) LIMITED is recruiting an Accounting Assistant (Korean Speaking) to join their business in the UK.

Location: 450 BAH ROAD, LONGFORD, WEST DRAYTON, UB7 0EB, THE UNITED KINGDOM

1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Occupational category: Accounting Assistant

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Daily Bookkeeping in Accounting Software
  • Daily Collectable & Payable accounts management
  • Clients/Suppliers Accounting & Administration Management
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Collaborate with Station managers to develop and execute account plans, including pricing strategies, service enhancements, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of Profit & Loss chart, Cash Flow, client transactions, including contracts, invoices.
  • Monitor key account metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the logistics sector, and communicate relevant updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings and business reviews.

3. SALARY & BENEFITS

  • Visa: Legal Visa Holders (Working Holiday Visa, Graduate Visa, etc.)
  • Annual Salary: 25K-35K, Decision after interview*
  • Recruitment: Full-time
  • Working hours: 8 hours / 5 days (1 hour lunch break not included)
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift / Day shift / Monday to Friday
  • Holiday: 28 days (Incl. Public Bank Holiday)
  • Insurance: Only basic social insurance is provided according to the laws of your country
  • Benefits : Birthday Bonus / Round trip (direct flight ticket to Korea) for the first vacation after working for more than one year / First-half performance pay, year-end performance pay (after working for more than one year)
  • Recruitment due date: ASAP

4. PROCESS

  • 1st: Document review (Written review of submitted documents such as resume, self-introduction letter, and certificate)
  • 2nd: Interview (comprehensive evaluation of skills required for job performance through interview and foreign language evaluation)
