Take your culinary career to the next level with a respected pub group that values exceptional standards and offers genuine progression opportunities in the heart of Cheshire.

The Executive Chef of a group of pubs is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the team at one of its flagship pubs in a beautiful setting in Cheshire. The pub, which also has rooms, is very busy with a high turnover, and the menus are semi-branded. They require a Chef de Partie who can take ownership of their section and maintain the standards expected by the locals and visitors who return regularly due to the pub's excellent reputation in the area. The menus consist of favourite pub dishes using a mixture of fresh and bought-in produce, and occasional private dining, events and afternoon teas are also catered for.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have recently been working at Chef de Partie level and have experience of fresh food volume pubs or restaurants. A chef who is a good team player, a forward thinker, able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
