What does the role look like?



We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Systems & Transformation team. In this role, you will support Actuations GBU by empowering the business to make informed, data-driven decisions. Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw data and insight by providing the trusted foundation for all operational and self-service needs.

You will leverage diverse datasets to generate actionable insights through Tableau. By engaging with stakeholders, you will provide strategic recommendations to drive operational excellence and streamline processes through automation.

You will collaborate across all Actuations GBU functions to automate and improve processes, eliminating time-consuming manual processes and increasing overall efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

Data Architecture & Strategic Insight

  • Architecting Visual Solutions: Design and implement robust Tableau dashboards by mapping complex data structures to drive high-value business insights.

  • Digital Transformation: Play a pivotal role in deploying next-generation data tools that align with the company's long-term Digital Strategy.

  • Infrastructure Optimization: Rationalize and simplify the existing data toolset across the Actuation division to improve system performance and user adoption.

Automation & Systems Integration

  • Process Engineering: Develop sophisticated process automations to eliminate manual bottlenecks and enhance transactional efficiency.

  • Software Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Software Integration Engineer to support the end-to-end lifecycle of bespoke application development.

  • System Integrity & Sustaining Engineering: Ensure the high availability and performance of existing reporting suites. You will proactively monitor data pipelines and visualization tools, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to maintain a robust, reliable environment for business users."
