We're looking for BSL specialists who live and breathe British Sign Language fluency, Deaf culture, visual linguistics, BSL grammar and syntax, non-manual markers, fingerspelling, and regional variations. You'll challenge advanced language models on topics like BSL-to-English translation, classifier usage, receptive and expressive skills, facial expressions in BSL, and spatial grammar—documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Deaf Studies, Sign Language Interpreting, Linguistics, or a related field is ideal; RID certification, teaching experience, or community interpreting projects signal fit. Clear, metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential.
