The Swan in Wedmore is a beautifully bustling, country pub in the heart of Wedmore. Sam the brilliant Head Chef and his team have held 2 AA Rosette's for the past 2 years.
We're looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join our friendly team, our food is outstanding with a real commitment to the best fresh – local ingredients.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally we are looking for a current Chef de Partie or Sous Chef looking to join a bigger operation; high volume & fresh food experience is a must and importantly you must be ambitious & a team player.
