Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client needs and goals are met
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and clients
  • Monitor client performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Manage client portfolios and liaise with brokers to issue quotations
  • Occasional UK Travel to attend client meetings and events

Key Qualities:

  • Professional, disciplined, and punctual, with strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, able to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to deliver results
