*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our new private medical testing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is provided to our privately seen customers, while also managing staff and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage skilled small team and driving forward the quality of care we deliver and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards along with taking business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the service’s performance and compliance with CQC
standards.
*Duties*
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, service users/clients, and external bodies.
- Supervise daily operations of the clinical environment, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of care.
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to the needs of each customer.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary to enhance customers satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
*Skills*
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, service users/clients, and external bodies.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience managing a care service and familiarity with CQC inspections and compliance.
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a clinical enviroment or similar setting.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that address individual customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships with customers and their families.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A compassionate approach to care, demonstrating empathy towards customers and their families.
- Experience in managing clinical facilities is advantageous.
