Full job description

Sales Executive

Luna Garden Rooms | Full Time | High Commission

Luna Garden Rooms is a fast-growing UK garden room company, established two years ago and experiencing rapid year-on-year growth. Demand for our products has increased significantly, and we are now looking to bring an experienced Sales Executive into the business to help us scale to the next level.

Until now, sales have been handled primarily by the Managing Director. As the business grows, we need a dedicated salesperson who can take ownership of enquiries, manage customer relationships, and consistently convert high-quality leads into sales.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has a proven track record in direct-to-consumer sales

Is confident handling high-value purchases

Enjoys building rapport and guiding customers through a considered buying decision

Is motivated by commission and results, not just a basic salary

The Role

Responding to inbound enquiries from potential customers

Qualifying leads and understanding customer requirements

Managing customers through the full sales process, from first contact to close

Conducting site visits where required

Following up quotes and closing sales

Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth handover once a sale is secured

Working Pattern

This is not a 9–5 role. Our customers often want to speak in the evenings and at weekends, and flexibility is essential. In return, you will benefit from:

Realistic, achievable targets

A strong commission structure paid monthly

Significant earning potential for those who are willing to put the work in

What We’re Looking For

Experience in end-user / consumer sales (construction, home improvement, or similar sectors preferred)

A professional, personable, and trustworthy approach

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload

A results-driven mindset

What We Offer

Competitive basic salary

High commission on sales above target

The opportunity to help shape and grow the sales function within a rapidly expanding business

Long-term progression for the right candidate

If you are an experienced salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment, we would love to hear from you.

Please only apply if you have a genuine background in sales and are comfortable working in a results-driven role.
