What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from stakeholders across the organisation

• Conducting systems analysis to understand how applications, data and infrastructure support business outcomes
• Performing data requirements gathering and quality analysis to ensure data-driven decision-making
• Managing stakeholder engagement throughout discovery, analysis and delivery phases
• Supporting financial analysis and process improvement initiatives
• Translating business needs into clear specifications for development and technical teams
• Contributing to requirements validation and continuous process refinement

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

• 2–4 years' experience in business analysis, systems analysis or related roles
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques such as BPMN, UML and data modelling
• Understanding of systems analysis and how technology supports business operations
• Competence in financial analysis and process improvement methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), modern software architectures (microservices, APIs, distributed systems), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) or data pipelines would be valuable additions to your profile.
