Experienced Farm Worker (UK Applicants Only)

RG Gibson & Son, in partnership with Gibson's Farm Shop & Food Hall, are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Farm Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied and rewarding role on a busy mixed farm, with an immediate start available.

The Farm

Our operation includes:

  • 80 acres of potatoes
  • 100 Aberdeen Angus cattle
  • 200 outdoor pigs
  • Large-bale haylage production for the equine industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Tractor and loadall operation
  • General farm work across arable and livestock enterprises
  • Animal husbandry, including cattle and pigs
  • Assisting with haylage production and seasonal workloads

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience working in agriculture
  • Competent tractor and loadall operator
  • Strong animal husbandry skills
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Own transport
  • Applicants must be based in the UK

Hours & Pay

  • Basic 45 hours per week
  • Weekend work and overtime required at busy times
  • Salary stated excludes overtime and additional hours
