Full job description

**FULL TRAINING GIVEN**

Exact location:The Edensor Tea Cottage, Edensor, Chatsworth Estate, DE45 1PH ( fairly remote location)

Must be able to work weekends and a minimum of 4 days a week. There can be negotiation around hours once you are in conversation with us. A covering letter is always preferred as well as a CV so we can understand your current position and exactly what it is you are looking for.

Reliability, punctuality, team work and honesty with great personal presentation are a must.

Skills required

  • Barista experience in a fast paced environment - preferred
  • Latte art -preferred
  • To be able to work efficiently and tidily
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communicator
  • The ability to think quickly, work under pressure and stay calm.
  • To be reliable and flexible around working hours
  • Good time keeper
  • To be able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Highly motivated
  • To be able to take and follow instructions

Qualifications Required- preferred

  • Level 2 Food Safety in Catering
  • Allergen awareness

Main Job responsibilities

  • Preparing food and drinks, serving on the till and coffee machine.
  • To carefully prepare any food and drinks for customers with dietary requirements, following all safety procedures.
  • Handling customer enquiries and passing any complaints on to the Supervisor/Manager
  • Greeting and advising customers with a friendly smile
  • To clean to a high standard
  • Taking orders
  • Working as a team
  • Ensuring our customers are happy

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.50-£12.80 per hour
