Café Front of House Team Member

Denstone Hall Farm Shop & Café
Part-Time | Daytime Hours

Our newly refurbished Café is busier than ever, and we're looking for a brilliant Front of House Team Member to join us.

It's lively, fast-paced and full of loyal customers enjoying homemade food and great coffee. This definitely isn't a quiet café job! You'll be on your feet, juggling customers, tables, drinks and plenty more, so we're looking for someone who loves being busy, enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Give every customer a warm welcome and great service
  • Take orders, serve food and prepare hot drinks
  • Keep tables and customer areas clean, tidy and ready to go
  • Work across different areas of the Café wherever you're needed
  • Keep calm, communicate well and support the team when things get busy

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience
  • Friendly, positive and full of energy
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A great team player who uses their own initiative
  • Reliable, adaptable and happy to get stuck in
  • Able to work four/five days a week, including one weekend day
