Job Summary

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed during service
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations to uphold a welcoming environment
  • Support bar operations by bartending or preparing specialty drinks when required
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable
  • Experience in serving, bartending, or barista roles is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
