Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista to join our team! In this role, you'll craft delicious coffee and beverages, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create an inviting atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care
  • Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing exceptional service
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as needed to support the team
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
  • Handle cash register operations and basic math calculations for transactions

Experience

  • Previous barista experience or serving experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
  • Knowledge of food safety practices essential for maintaining hygiene standards
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks confidently
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
