We are a busy coffee shop but we all love it and make it fun for crew and customers.

You must be flexible and outgoing person to join our team. (Available during the week and both Saturday & Sunday)

Previous experience in hospitality is essential. You must be polite and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Excellent customer service is just as important as our coffee.

Summary

As a Coffee Shop Crew Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your core skills in serving and food safety will ensure that all beverages and food items are prepared and served to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and food items while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop environment.
  • Assist with food preparation and upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
