Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Glass Collector, where your energetic and attentive approach will ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently collecting, cleaning, and organizing glassware to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Duties

  • Collect used glassware from tables, bar areas, and designated collection points promptly and efficiently
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize glassware according to health and safety standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the overall restaurant or bar operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar counters, storage spaces, and service stations
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate glass collection schedules and ensure smooth service flow
  • Support bartenders and servers by providing clean glassware quickly during busy periods
  • Ensure all glassware is stored properly to prevent breakage and facilitate easy access for staff

Experience

  • Prior experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants, bars, hotels, or cafes is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with food preparation, serving, or bartending enhances your ability to support the team effectively
  • Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with colleagues and delivering excellent guest service
  • Experience with kitchen or barista work can be an advantage in understanding the flow of restaurant operations
  • Previous roles in hotel or restaurant environments demonstrate adaptability and customer-focused mindset
