Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year speciality coffee experience as a barista
  • Confident with commercial espresso equipment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work efficiently during busy periods
  • Good food safety and hygieneknowledge

Key Duties

  • Prepare and serve speciality coffees and beverages
  • Take orders, operate the till, and engage customers professionally
  • Prepare & serve cakes, pastries, and sandwiches
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Support the team during busy service
