Full job description

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team.

Hours:

  • 5 days per week
  • Primarily daytime shifts
  • Occasional evening shifts for events
  • Includes regular weekend working

About the Role:
As the face of our business, you'll provide a warm welcome to every guest and deliver excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Is reliable, positive, and works well as part of a team
  • Can work weekends and occasional evening events
  • Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
