Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
  • Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Support barista duties if required, including preparing specialised coffee beverages
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience

Experience

  • Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
