Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring smooth service, maintaining a lively atmosphere, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and customer care. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service from the moment they walk through the door
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, whether serving at tables, bar counters, or in a takeaway setting
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation when needed, supporting the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Serve food and drinks confidently, including barista duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
  • Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable, including roles involving catering, serving, or barista
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and menu offerings
