Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. You will contribute to our excellent standards of customer service and maintain our positive customer experience. You will provide a positive dining experience by providing friendly and efficient service. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about great food, has excellent communication skills and works well in a team. Experience in café, restaurant, or customer‑facing roles is desirable. Till training and Barista training will be given.

This is a part time role 3 days a week to include 1 day at the weekend on a rota basis.

Duties

• Keep café, seating areas, and kitchen clean and tidy.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and safety procedures.
• Complete opening/closing cleaning checklists and deep cleans when required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a busy atmosphere.

Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 14.0 – 20.0 per week

Experience:

• Cafe/Restaurant: 1 year (required)
