Join the Team at Penguin Homes Group Ltd

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit 4–5 motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Bookers to join our expanding team based in our Nottingham office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for confident individuals who enjoy speaking with people, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want to earn excellent commission on top of a competitive basic salary.

Salary & Benefits

  • £26,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic OTE of £40,000+
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday working hours only
  • No weekends

Working Hours / Break Options

09:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

60-minute lunch break or 30-minute lunch break with two additional 15-minute breaks (mid-morning and late afternoon)

The Role

As an Appointment Booker, you will be responsible for speaking with homeowners and booking free-of-charge home survey appointments for our field-based team.

Daily Activities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Building rapport and creating interest in our services
  • Booking free home survey appointments
  • Using our Penguin Homes app for appointment booking with live diary/availability feed integration with the field sales team
  • Updating customer information accurately on the system
  • Working towards daily and weekly targets
  • Achieving daily calling KPIs and appointment volume targets

  • Previous appointment booking and cold calling experience is essential
