Full job description

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused people to join our Amorino stores as Gelato Artists and Team Leaders. If you love hospitality, enjoy working in a lively environment, and want to be part of a warm, supportive team, this could be the perfect role for you.

Through continuous training, you’ll become a true Amorino brand ambassador, shaping beautiful gelato roses, welcoming guests, and helping create memorable moments for every customer who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome, guide, and advise customers with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Learn our products and recipes so you can confidently recommend flavours
  • Take orders and upsell Amorino products
  • Shape custom gelato roses with a spatula (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
  • Prepare all orders according to Amorino guidelines
  • Support smooth daily operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Receive deliveries and ensure stock is organised correctly
  • Conduct inventory checks and restock as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment

Team Leaders will also:

  • Support the shift leader with coordination and team motivation
  • Help guide Gelato Artists during busy periods
  • Assist with operational routines and store standards
