The CMO will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to define and execute a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy that strengthens Foodhub’s market position and accelerates growth.
The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, brand development, and customer lifecycle management within high-growth, technology-led businesses.
This role will involve regular international travel across Foodhub’s global markets to ensure alignment, execution, and strong local market impact.

- Drive brand awareness and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee PR, communications, and reputation management.
Data, Insights & Performance

- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise marketing effectiveness.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular performance insights to the CEO and executive team.
Product & Commercial Collaboration
- Work closely with product, technology, and commercial teams to align marketing with product development and market needs.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market launches.
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing activity and revenue growth objectives.

- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global marketing team.
- Establish scalable structures, processes, and ways of working across regions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Develop internal talent and leadership capability within the marketing function.

- Own and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Drive strong return on investment across all marketing activity.

- Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within a high-growth, global organisation.
- Direct experience within the food ordering, hospitality technology, marketplace, or POS/EPOS industry is highly desirable.
- Strong background in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy.
