About Foodhub

Foodhub is a fast-growing global technology company entering an exciting new phase of expansion. With a newly established Dublin headquarters and operations across the UK, USA, ANZ and India, we are building a high-calibre senior leadership team to help shape the future of the business.

This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage — the energy and ambition of a scale-up, backed by the stability and success of an established international business. Foodhub is profitable, debt-free, and has delivered sustained year-on-year growth across multiple international markets.

As we accelerate our global expansion strategy through both organic growth and international acquisitions, we are looking for ambitious leaders who want to play a defining role in building something significant. This is more than a leadership position — it’s an opportunity to influence the direction of a dynamic global business at the start of its next major growth chapter.

Foodhub is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy and drive customer acquisition, brand growth, and market expansion.

This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for building a world-class marketing function that supports Foodhub’s ambitious growth plans across multiple international markets. The CMO will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to define and execute a scalable, data-driven marketing strategy that strengthens Foodhub’s market position and accelerates growth.

The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, brand development, and customer lifecycle management within high-growth, technology-led businesses.

This role will involve regular international travel across Foodhub’s global markets to ensure alignment, execution, and strong local market impact.

  • Optimise performance marketing channels including paid media, SEO, app growth, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights.

Brand & Market Positioning

  • Lead the development and execution of a strong, differentiated global brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets and customer touchpoints.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee PR, communications, and reputation management.

Data, Insights & Performance

  • Establish clear marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks aligned to business outcomes.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise marketing effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular performance insights to the CEO and executive team.

Product & Commercial Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, technology, and commercial teams to align marketing with product development and market needs.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market launches.
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing activity and revenue growth objectives.

Team & Capability Building

  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Establish scalable structures, processes, and ways of working across regions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
  • Develop internal talent and leadership capability within the marketing function.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Own and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Drive strong return on investment across all marketing activity.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise spend and improve efficiency at scale.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within a high-growth, global organisation.
  • Direct experience within the food ordering, hospitality technology, marketplace, or POS/EPOS industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy.

  • Opportunity to lead and scale a global marketing function in a fast-growing technology company.
  • Direct partnership with CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment with significant impact and ownership.
  • 33 days annual leave per year (including public holidays).
  • Option to buy up to 5 additional annual leave days per year.
