About Us
T GEN Limited is a fast-growing company based in Manchester, specialising in TikTok live streaming, e-commerce operations, content coordination, and brand promotion. We work with multiple brands and live-streaming projects, helping them improve online visibility, sales performance, and customer engagement.

We are now looking for a responsible and motivated TikTok Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operation of TikTok live streaming accounts.
  • Prepare livestream sessions, including product setup, scripts, livestream flow, promotional information, and key selling points.
  • Monitor livestream performance, including views, engagement, conversion rate, click-through rate, and sales data.
  • Coordinate with live hosts, team leaders, and project managers to ensure smooth livestream sessions.
  • Follow up on livestream schedules, product arrangements, samples, and campaign requirements.
  • Communicate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure livestream tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Identify issues during livestream sessions and provide timely feedback and solutions.
  • Analyse livestream performance and suggest improvements to increase traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Support content planning, product highlights, and livestream optimisation.
  • Complete other TikTok operation-related tasks assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in TikTok operations, livestreaming, e-commerce, social media operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok, livestreaming, TikTok Shop, online sales, or social media trends.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance reports.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Mandarin speaking is a plus, as the role may involve communication with China-based partners or teams.
  • Previous experience in TikTok Shop, livestream e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or retail projects is preferred.
