Kelly Park Limited is a family-run care provider proudly established in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, we are one of the North East’s trusted providers, working in partnership with Sunderland City Council, Durham County Council, Gateshead and Skills for Care to deliver high-quality, person-centred home care.

Responsibilities required for the role are:
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our Service Users maintain independence and enjoy fulfilling lives at home. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Supporting Service Users with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Encouraging independence and involvement in daily routines.
- Preparing meals and snacks to support nutritional needs.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
- Accompanying Service Users to appointments or community activities.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
Shift Patterns

We currently have opportunities which include but are not just limited too:
Mornings / Lunch (typically between 7:00am – 3:00pm)
Tea time / Evenings (typically between 3:00pm – 10:00pm)

What we need from you

Along with a superhero personality, we also require a clear Enhanced DBS as well as two satisfactory references.
Any previous training records and health and social qualifications for the role would be of great benefit, in addition Kelly Park Limited offer support with training/qualifications and continued professional development.
What you get from us
Pay we will pay you £13.70 per hour and £14.50 on bank holidays, we are offering .

Mileage allowance paid.
Pension scheme.
Holidays 5.6 weeks per annum (pro-rata).
Training full paid practical training including induction & shadowing will be provided.
