About The Role

Soft Services Manager/ Cleaning

Location: Doncaster, DN3 3FB
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 15:00. Flexibility around start/finish times. Average 30 hours per week.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Soft Services Manager who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and for people as this will be a hands on role.

Duties of a Soft Services Manager:
    • Managing a small team, arranging holiday cover, training, inductions, payroll etc
    • Responsible for landscaping, pest control and 3rd party industrial cleaning, full training will be provided
    • Managing day to day run of site, including any machinery issues and suppliers
    • Maintaining a strong relationship/communication with the client, working together to exceed expectations
    • Fully understand specification and implement on site
    • Understand KPI/SLA’s and ensure targets are met monthly
    • Managing OutCo visits for cold weather services and sharing with the client
    • Manage all budgets, hours, consumables, uniform, stationary
    • Management of all service lines and sub-contractor works according to requirements
    • All electronic auditing requirements- Weekly & Monthly
    • Managing HR activity within on-site team and carrying out staff management processes in line with HR guidance

Job role requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service
  • Works collaboratively with others, involving and encouraging other team members
