Interlocks Surveys is a RICS regulated geospatial surveying firm based in Southam, Warwickshire. Operating UK wide Interlocks Surveys provides our clients with detailed geospatial survey data on the natural and built environments.

We are looking for a personable administrative assistant to help with day-to-day office administration tasks and errands, and to answer and direct incoming phone calls. Driving licence essential.

Main Responsibilities:

A broad range of administration tasks including but not limited to:

 Booking of appointments for vehicle maintenance
 Maintaining spreadsheets and schedules
 Running errands (picking up cars from garage etc.)
 Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate colleague
 Managing diaries
 Maintenance of office supplies
 Purchasing sundries
 Preparing and issuing quotations
 Covering accounts administration

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • High level of computer literacy
  • A problem-solving mindset
  • Some administrative or accounts experience preferable
  • Personable and happy to talk to clients on the phone

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
