Talentmark are recruiting for a Medical Affairs Coordinator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months from mid-September 2026.

Salary:
Paying from £15.26 - £20.35 per hour PAYE
Location:
This role allows hybrid working, based at our clients site in Basingstoke for 3 days per week, with 2 days working remotely.

Medical Affairs Coordinator Role:
- Manage investigator-led research studies from start to finish, keeping everything on track and compliant
- Be the go-to contact for colleagues, affiliates and external investigators, keeping communication clear throughout each study
- Track timelines, enrolment and budgets, flagging any risks early
- Help put together and manage research agreements and any changes to them
- Keep study records and tracking systems accurate and audit-ready at all times
- Handle the practical side of studies - supplies, paperwork, payments and purchase orders
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field; OR at least 2 years’ clinical research experience.
- Previous experience managing clinical trials, studies or research projects.
- Experience in a Medical Affairs, Study Coordinator or clinical research-related role.
- Experience with contracts, agreements, amendments or financial/administrative processes is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
