Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager specialising in high-ticket sales on a remote basis. This commission-only position offers an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals to utilise their expertise in a flexible environment. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and closing high-value deals through strategic outreach and consultative selling. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to maximise sales opportunities and contribute to the growth of our organisation.

Duties

  • Identify and target potential clients for high-ticket products or services through various outreach channels.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress efficiently.
  • Develop customised proposals and presentations that demonstrate value and address client pain points.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing clients to foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and optimise outreach efforts.
