We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join our stunning, high-volume restaurant with rooms, The Grosvenor Arms, Shaftesbury. Our service is relaxed & personable, and our food is outstanding with a real commitment to the best fresh – local ingredients.

Who are we looking for?

  • You will ideally be a current Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader, ready for your next step, in a similar style premium, high-volume restaurant, hotel or gastro pub.
  • Preferably you will be from a premium branded restaurant background or a high volume independent.
  • Most importantly you will be passionate about customer service excellence, hopefully a foodie like us and willing to get stuck in, learn & progress.
