TL;DR
Role: Delivery Manager
Location: Birmingham or Exeter (hybrid working)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Working hours: Flexible, with some office time expected
Why apply?: Work on high-impact projects, collaborate with world-class experts, and play a key role in driving digital innovation for leading brands.
Our Mission & Vision
At Good Growth, we help businesses innovate online without being slowed down by outdated technology. Many large companies rely on legacy systems - where others see a limitation, we see an opportunity.
Our mission is to tear down barriers to growth, helping brands move fast, innovate boldly, and optimise their digital experiences. We combine extraordinary technology with world-class data and insight to deliver results that redefine what’s possible in digital commerce.
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our clients experience the full power of what we do.
Where We Are Now & Our Future Goals
- A decade of experience helping global brands grow
- Trusted by major retailers & e-commerce leaders
- Offices in Birmingham and Exeter with a growing UK-wide team
- Rapidly scaling our Good Growth Technology (GGT) platform
- Expanding our impact in e-commerce, UX, analytics & digital transformation
We’re growing fast, and we need brilliant people like you to help us deliver digital innovation at speed.
Working Hours & Location
We believe in flexibility - you should work where you do your best work.
✅ Hybrid working: Most of our team spends 1–2 days per week in the office
✅ Offices in Birmingham and Exeter
✅ Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time (flexible start and finish times)
✅ Some travel may be required for client meetings (with notice)
While we support remote working, we may ask you to be in the office more often during your first few months, to help you settle in and get up to speed with the team and our ways of working.
Why This Role Matters
As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and clients stay delighted. You’ll work closely with our Client Engagement Directors, as well as our Development and Insight teams, to bring together customer insights and Good Growth Technology (GGT) capabilities to deliver high-impact changes in days, not months.
This role is all about relationship-building, strategic thinking, and making things happen.
You’ll love this role if you enjoy:
✅ Leading high-impact digital projects
✅ Managing relationships with big-name brands
✅ Working in a fast-paced, agile environment
✅ Collaborating with developers, analysts & marketers
This role may not be right for you if:
❌ You prefer a highly structured, corporate environment
❌ You want to specialise in a single discipline - this role is varied
❌ You’re looking for a fully remote role with no office time
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Managing client relationships – Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Overseeing project milestones – Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, dependencies, and internal planning.
- Aligning teams & resources – Working closely with developers, analysts, and strategists to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinating planning with clients – Leading conversations around priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
- Ensuring internal & external project visibility – Keeping teams aligned with clear reporting and documentation.
- Managing QA & knowledge sharing – Ensuring lessons are learned and shared across the team.
- Helping refine our processes – Improving efficiency and ensuring best-in-class project delivery.
About You
We’re looking for organised, proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
✅ Strong relationship-building skills
✅ Excellent communication – clear, concise, and proactive
✅ Project management experience – leading multiple projects at once
✅ Ability to travel for client meetings when required
Desirable Skills (Nice to have, but not essential!)
Familiarity with UX, analytics, CRO, SEO, or digital marketing
Experience with agile workflows
Background in event management or operations (many of our top delivery managers have come from this space!)
If you don’t tick every box, don’t worry - we value potential as much as experience!
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
️ 28 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
Flexible & hybrid working
Learning & Development Allowance
Regular team events & socials (including a 2-day company Town Hall)
Company Bonus Scheme
We believe in investing in our people, and enabling them to grow.
Our Interview Process
We believe in a fair, transparent process that gives you a real sense of the job, team, and culture.
1️⃣ Introductory Call (30 mins) – A relaxed conversation to see if the role is a good fit
2️⃣ Practical Task – A short exercise to assess project management skills
3️⃣ Work Day – Spend a day with us (in person or remotely) to experience the role first-hand
We know interviews are a two-way process, so we encourage you to ask as many questions as you like throughout!
