Concrete Pump Operator jobs

Burton Brothers Ltd are a family business supplying Concrete pumps, liquid screed and concrete to the Northamptonshire area.

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic person to take responsibility for operating one of our Truck mounted Concrete line pumps.

Experience in construction and concrete is preferred but not essential for the right candidate

This is a physically demanding job with early starts and occasional late finishes

Duties will include;

Driving to sites across a 50mile radius of our plant outside Rugby.

Clear and professional communication with customers on site

Setting up the pump and pipeline ready for concrete

Operating the pump and line on site

Ensuring the pump is cleaned carefully each day

Carrying out routine maintenance and checks on a daily basis

Working alone with high regard for safety of self and others

Working as part of a team where required

Assisting with general yard duties

Skills and experience required

HGV Driving licence is essential.

Confidence in dealing with customers on site

Physically fit to carry heavy pipes across sites when setting up

Practical and calm approach to problem solving

Willingness to take instruction and increase knowledge

Experience in labouring and construction industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
