We're looking for someone to lead our approach to performance reporting, business intelligence and assurance, translating complex data into meaningful insight that supports decision-making at every level of the organisation.

You'll work closely with business leaders to understand the story behind the numbers, ensuring our KPIs provide meaningful measures of success and identifying the drivers, risks and opportunities influencing performance.

You'll be comfortable discussing performance challenges with operational leaders, presenting strategic insight to the Executive Team and Board, and leading the development of robust reporting and BI solutions.

We're looking for someone with significant experience of performance management and business intelligence, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a track record of turning data into actionable insight. You'll understand how to develop performance frameworks, challenge assumptions, influence decision-making and help the organisation focus on the outcomes that matter most.
