Restaurant Manager -Teffont House

Target £36k per year including tronc + additional tronc

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Teffont House.

Set in the beautiful Nadder Valley, Teffont House is a country house hotel and restaurant built around great food, thoughtful service and making people feel at home. As part of the Beckford Group, we care about doing things properly - from the ingredients we use to the way we look after our guests and our teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality and enjoys being part of the action. You’ll lead our front of house team, bring energy and warmth to every service, and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

You’ll ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar setting, with a passion for delivering great service and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and your team. We’re looking for someone who is caring, organised and passionate about developing people - someone who notices the small details and understands that the best hospitality comes from genuine connection.
