About Cademi

Cademi makes compliance effortless for growing businesses. We help busy HR and People teams know they are covered, prove it when asked and reduce the administration that gets in the way of developing their people.

We are building a responsive, commercially focused business where accurate information and a strong customer experience matter. We now need someone who can bring control, pace and attention to detail across the full customer journey.

What you will own

· Keep Pipedrive accurate and current across contacts, organisations, deals, stages, notes and next steps.

· Turn daily sales activity into useful weekly pipeline and performance reporting.

· Set up new customer accounts, learners, groups, courses and pathways correctly and on time.

· Coordinate onboarding communications, kick-off calls, build requirements and early engagement checks.

· Handle routine customer support and escalate complex issues with clear diagnostic information.

· Clean, map and upload customer training data, spotting mismatches before they become problems.

· Build and update digital courses from videos, documents and raw content using approved AI and authoring tools.

· Keep the course library, metadata, expiry dates and supporting documents accurate and current.

· Create or reformat Cademi materials using Canva and approved AI workflows.

What good looks like

· People trust your numbers because you check them.

· Customers receive a quick, calm and well-organised start.

· You close loops without needing repeated reminders.

· You raise missing information or risk early, with a sensible next step.

· You use technology and AI to work faster, while keeping human judgement and verification firmly in control.

You will be a strong fit if you

· Have worked in sales administration, customer operations, account support or another role where accuracy and coordination mattered.

· Are comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, CSV files and structured data.

· Can speak to customers confidently and write in clear, professional English.

· Enjoy solving practical problems and learning new systems.

· Can manage several priorities without allowing detail or deadlines to drift.

· Take ownership of the result, not just the task.

Experience with Pipedrive, ZoomInfo, Canva, learning platforms, digital course formats or AI content tools would be useful, but it is not essential if you can demonstrate strong learning agility and disciplined checking.

What the role offers

· Visible responsibility in a growing business, with direct exposure to sales, customers and leadership.

· A varied role where you can see the commercial and customer impact of your work.

· Hands-on experience with modern SaaS, CRM, data, content and AI workflows.

· The opportunity to shape and improve the processes you will run.

· A clear 30, 60 and 90-day definition of success, so expectations are not left vague.

This is not a narrow back-office role: Most sales administration jobs stop at keeping the CRM tidy. This one sits at the centre of sales, customer onboarding, support, reporting and digital course delivery. Your work will directly affect how quickly Cademi grows and how confidently customers start with us.
