Front of House Team Member

The Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be an important part of the Home team, helping us deliver the high standards of food and service our guests expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Serving food and drinks to a high standard
  • Developing a strong knowledge of our menu and being able to confidently answer guest questions
  • Ensuring guests have a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant
  • Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure smooth service
  • Handling customer requests and queries professionally
  • Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties
  • Following all food safety, health & safety and company procedures
  • Supporting the wider team during busy services

Home Restaurant is currently recruiting for both full and part time experienced waiting staff team members to join our family.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an establishment of similar quality. Must be available for a selection of shifts, days, evenings and weekends. Flexible shifts can be arranged, we value that everyone deserves a work life balance.
