Job Brief:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front Of House team at Amelia Hall. As a member of our team, you will be the face of our establishment, providing first-class service to ensure our guests have an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with seating. Ensure every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Order Taking & Serving: Accurately take orders and deliver food and drinks promptly. Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
• Cleanliness & Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Problem-Solving: Address any guest concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Payment Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Promotions & Events: Assist with promoting special events, offers, and new menu items. Provide information to guests about ongoing promotions and events.

Qualifications:

• Full-Time: must be available to work 40 hours a week.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
• A vibrant and outgoing personality with a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with guests.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of service.
