Administration Assistant

Ashtead Hospital, Ashtead

Full time 37.5 hours per week

The role:

We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ashtead Hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

We will provide support and training to enable you to support all of the hospital administration areas, including Outpatient Bookings, Reception and Medical Records. This position offers a real opportunity to develop and hone skills across a wide variety of different administrative areas.

The team is extremely busy and needs someone with proven high quality customer service skills, a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery whilst maintaining the necessary speed to ensure all tasks are completed daily.

You must be committed to upholding hospital policies and procedures and be fully IT proficient.

Ashtead Hospital is one of Surrey's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self-pay/insured and NHS patients. Conveniently situated close to Leatherhead (Junction 9 of the M25), the hospital is located in tranquil, wooded surroundings. These provide a peaceful environment to aid a speedy recovery.
