Marketing Manager

Vision Spaces UK | Glasgow (on-site) | Full-time | £33,000–£38,000 DOE + performance bonus

About Vision Spaces

Vision Spaces (visionspaces.co.uk) is a fast-growing Glasgow-based ecommerce brand making luxury media walls simple. We design and sell complete media wall bundles — electric fireplaces, acoustic slat panels, floating TV units and panels — delivered free across the UK and trusted by thousands of homeowners, with a 4.6/5 Trustpilot rating. We're now looking for an ambitious marketer to take ownership of our entire marketing function and help drive our next stage of growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on, do-it-all marketing role. You'll own everything from paid advertising and email campaigns to the content on our social channels — with the freedom to shape strategy and the expectation that you'll grow with the business. You'll work directly with the founders and see the impact of your work in real sales numbers every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads, managing budgets against ROAS targets
  • Create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok — short-form video, reels, product photography and graphics
  • Design marketing assets (social graphics, web banners, ads, email templates) to a high standard
  • Build and manage email and SMS flows and campaigns in Klaviyo — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase and promotional sends
  • Manage and improve our Shopify store — product pages, landing pages, promotions and conversion rate optimisation
  • Own the marketing calendar: sales events, product launches and seasonal campaigns
  • Track performance across all channels and report on what's working, using data to guide spend and strategy
  • Grow our organic following and engagement, including UGC and influencer/creator partnerships

What We're Looking For (Essential)

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in ecommerce or D2C retail
  • Proven experience running Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns with real budgets
  • Strong graphic design skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma) with a portfolio to show
  • Confident creating and editing short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo (or a comparable email platform)
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for brand consistency
  • Ambition — you want to grow this company and grow your own role with it

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel / conversion tracking
  • SEO knowledge — on-page optimisation and content for organic traffic
  • Photography and videography skills (we shoot real installs and products)
  • Experience in home interiors, furniture or DIY/home improvement brands
  • Experience managing marketplaces or trade/B2B marketing

What We Offer

  • Salary of £33,000–£38,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus
  • Genuine ownership — you are the marketing department, with direct access to the founders
  • Clear path to grow into a Head of Marketing role as the company scales
  • Creative freedom to test ideas across paid, organic and email
  • 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, staff discount, and company pension

How to Apply

Send your CV, a short note on why you're right for this role, and examples of your work (ad campaigns, social content or designs) to kieran@visionspaces.co.uk with the subject line "Marketing Manager — [Your Name]".
