Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen and Bathroom Surveyor to join our innovative design and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive surveys of kitchens and bathrooms, capturing precise measurements, assessing existing layouts, and creating detailed plans to facilitate seamless remodeling projects. Your expertise will help clients visualize their dream spaces while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative home upgrades while honing your skills in surveying, design, and client communication.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough on-site surveys of kitchens and bathrooms, measuring spaces accurately using tools like tape measures and digital devices
  • Create detailed sketches and layouts of existing spaces using Winner Flex, CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, or similar tools to visualize renovation plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget considerations
  • Identify potential challenges or structural issues during surveys and provide solutions or recommendations for remodeling
  • Assist in upselling additional products or services by showcasing design options and merchandising ideas that align with client desires
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure survey data is accurate and actionable
  • Maintain organized records of all survey data, sketches, and client communications for seamless project management

Experience

  • Proven experience in surveying kitchens and bathrooms or related interior spaces
  • Proficiency in Winner Flex, CAD software, and other design tools for creating accurate layouts and visualizations
  • fluency in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and suppliers
  • Basic math skills for precise measurements, calculations, and scaling of designs
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple surveys efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of merchandising principles to suggest complementary products or upgrades during consultations
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction while increasing project scope
