We will count on you to:

  • Stay up to date with software, digital tools, and industry best practice relevant to graphic production and visual communications.
  • Support colleague education around branding, templates, and basic design principles where required.

What you need to have:

  • Demonstrable experience in graphic design, desktop publishing or a similar creative support role, with the ability to translate those skills into first-class PowerPoint presentations and other DTP tools.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work on multiple project deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice, latest trends and progression in the design sector.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of print production and artwork preparation.

What makes you stand out?

  • A creative approach to enhancing client-focused content.
  • Experience creating and editing simple videos.
  • Using Microsoft SharePoint as an asset repository as well as a tool to collaborate and co-author documents.
  • A future-focused approach to integrating digital collateral into the sales process.
  • Working in an insurance, reinsurance or financial industry setting is useful, but not essential.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to support content creation, visual development or production efficiency.
  • Branding guideline experience.
