Company Description

Internet Matters is a not-for-profit organisation that helps parents, carers and professionals keep children and young people safe online.

Established over the last 10 years we are one of the leading online safety organisations in the UK working with major global brands like Meta, Google, and TikTok and our founding partners BT, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media O2.

We’re here to offer the best advice and information available to help parents, carers and professionals engage in the online lives of children and young people, empowering them to manage the risks they may face online.

We exist to:

  • Give parents and teachers the advice and support they need to help all children embrace the internet with confidence and to protect them from online harms.
  • Raise awareness through campaigns and industry partnerships so that children and young people can be happy and healthy online.
  • Ensure the views of parents and children are consistently and systematically heard by industry, policymakers and government. Our website, internetmatters.org receives over 10 million visits a year.

Overview of Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, creative, and detail-driven data analyst to join our growing digital team. As a key player in our organisation, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that shape decision-making across the business.

You’ll not only manage our core set of business and campaign reports and MI but also take ownership of tagging and event tracking, ensuring data accuracy and enabling in-depth analysis of user journeys. We’re looking for someone innovative in presenting insights—using engaging visualisation tools and effective storytelling to empower the team with knowledge.

If you’re a self-starter who thrives on delivering business insights, proposing innovative ideas, and contributing to a mission-driven organisation, this role is perfect for you.
