We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join the Coffee Mixes team in the Coffee division. This role will report directly into the Marketing Director for Mixes and will see you work on the worlds biggest coffed brand, NESCAFÉ, to deliver best in class marketing activities that support us to achieve our commercial objectives.

We want to “Make a positive difference in every cup”. From creating the very first NESCAFÉ in 1938, to joining the first expedition to the top of Mount Everest or being the first coffee on the moon – we’ve been part of creating great connections that have started with a coffee and lead to even greater experiences! NESCAFÉ is the biggest coffee brand in the world and providing great quality coffee which tastes delicious and is responsibly sourced is at the top of our agenda.

At the same time, we’re operating in a business environment that is more competitive and challenging than ever before. Be the one to join us; a highly motivated team that never stops pushing the boundaries to delight its consumers! When joining our team in the UK, you’re joining one of the most important markets globally and will be part of shaping plans not only for the UK but for the whole of Europe.

Marketing at Nestlé gives you experience of the full mix of disciplines, from generating brand strategy to executing annual plans, leading exciting innovation and renovation initiatives, and creating engaging consumer communications. You’ll be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life.

Your impact
Ultimately, you will be responsible for building the NESCAFÉ brand to delight consumers and deliver strong, sustainable business results in the UK market.

Your other key responsibilities will include:
    • Leading the planning and flawless execution of the UK brand and segment plans, using deep consumer and shopper insight to drive market share growth and accurate forecasting,
    • Shaping and delivering bigger, bolder innovation and renovation pipelines, contributing to end-to-end Idea-to-Launch projects and successful NPD performance.
    • Creating engaging, omnichannel brand experiences, leading the UK media strategy and execution while working closely with European teams and agency partners.
    • Owning budget management, performance tracking, and KPI deliver, ensuring effective use of investment across marketing plans.
    • Acting as a role model for sustainability and consumer centricity, embedding these principles across brand activity and supporting the delivery of the sustainability roadmap.

Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring significant brand marketing experience at a similar level, with a proven ability to lead at pace, navigate complexity and influence effectively across cross-functional teams.

You’ll also bring (essential criteria):
    • Significant experience across core marketing disciplines, including brand planning, innovation & renovation, campaign development, and budget management.
    • A fantastic understanding of consumers, shoppers, and market dynamics, with the ability to turn insight into impactful brand and commercial decisions.
    • Proven experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, CDT, Supply Chain, above the market and agency partners to delivery business results.
    • Confidence leading medium to high-complexity projects, influencing senior stakeholders and balancing creativity and commercial rigour.
    • A collaborative leadership style, with experience coaching and developing others and building a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
