Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Integrum Care Group is looking for an experienced Head of Quality to help drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement across our growing group of 8 care homes in Kent and Sussex, that delivers predominantly nursing care to elderly residents.
This role would particularly suit someone already working in a multi-site quality assurance or quality improvement role within an adult social care provider, who is looking to join an ambitious organisation committed to delivering outstanding care.
Reporting to the CEO, you will carry out auditing of all of the services and ensure Integrum operates the best possible Quality Framework, taking from CQC and sector best practice.
You'll be responsible for:
- Undertaking provider visits, quality audits and governance reviews.
- Supporting homes to complete and monitor improvement action plans.
- Preparing homes for CQC inspections and supporting regulatory responses.
- Identifying trends, sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement.
- Supporting investigations, complaints and governance reviews where required.
- Reviewing quality and clinical governance information.
- Monitoring estates compliance and statutory maintenance requirements.
- Maintaining compliance records and audit systems.
- Supporting wider quality, compliance and governance projects across the Group.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a multi-site quality assurance, quality improvement or compliance role within an adult social care organisation, ideally within elderly care.
- A strong understanding of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of governance, auditing and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational, analytical and report-writing skills.
- The confidence to build positive relationships with managers while providing honest feedback.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel regularly between our homes, as anticipated that you will be on site 3 - 4 days per week.
