Full job description

Ready to help shape how one of the UK's leading independent law firms embraces change?

From AI and emerging technologies to business transformation initiatives, we're looking for a Change Manager to help our people successfully navigate and adopt change that delivers lasting impact.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Transformation & Projects team, supporting a portfolio of high-profile initiatives ranging from GenAI programmes and technology implementations through to service improvement and broader business transformation.

Working closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and specialist teams across the firm, you'll help ensure change is delivered in a way that puts people first, enabling colleagues to understand, adopt and sustain new ways of working.

What you will be doing

  • Deliver change management activity across a diverse portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement communication, engagement and adoption strategies that support successful change outcomes.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Coach sponsors, leaders, and project teams to effectively lead and embed change.
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions that build understanding, alignment and commitment.
  • Partner with colleagues across Digital Learning, Technology, Innovation, Communications and other specialist teams to deliver successful change programmes.
  • Use feedback, adoption measures, and benefits data to evaluate success and continuously improve delivery.

What we are looking for

We are interested in hearing from candidates who bring experience in change management, transformation, or project delivery, together with a passion for helping people navigate change successfully.

You'll also have:

  • Proven experience delivering change initiatives within complex organisations, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practice.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence influencing and coaching senior stakeholders, sponsors and project teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across a varied project portfolio.
  • An evidence-led approach, using feedback, adoption metrics and benefits realisation data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

A recognised change management qualification, such as Prosci or APMG, would be advantageous but is not essential
