The Company:

The Innocent Pet Care Company is a fast growing, family run business manufacturing luxury food and treats for dogs and cats. Leading the market through quality and innovation, our fantastic team creates award winning products for its brands, The Innocent Hound & The Innocent Cat. (www.theinnocenthound.co.uk)

The Role:

  • To proactively establish and develop new business opportunities across various markets, for The Innocent Hound & The Innocent Cat Brands
  • Manage sales pipeline from start to finish, including sales administrative tasks.
  • To attend trade and consumer shows where traveling and overnight stays will be required (some weekend work required with days paid back in lieu).
  • To build and manage relationships with an existing client base and identify areas of growth for each account.
  • This is an office-based role in West Yorkshire and not a remote role.

The Candidate:

  • At least 12 months FMCG Account Management/Tele-Sales Experience
  • We are looking for an ambitious, Tenacious and passionate individual.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships across a portfolio of accounts
  • Ability to adapt in a fast moving Business Environment
  • You will be highly motivated, confident and professional.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to listen the customers’ requirements and act accordingly.
  • Must be customer orientated with excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with relevant departments in the business.
